President Obama: Gets the blame for release of Pam AM bomber

Relatives and Republicans blame the President for the release of the lone terrorist for the Pam Am bombing over twenty years ago.Convicted in Scotland and held in prison there for over twenty years and released for compassionate reasons.Never the less the President is receiving criticism.Go figure.
